Injured Officers Fund

One of the initiatives of the Tennessee Correctional Association is to support our injured officers in Tennessee.  The association collects money each year for our Injured Officers Fund.  Throughout the year, our members find items and donations to put up for auction.  Many of the items are hand-made by incarcerated offenders and donated by TDOC facilities to TCA.  All items collected are then auctioned off at the Tennessee Correctional Association’s Annual Conference.

The fund was created for the purpose of helping our correctional family in the event of an incident where an employee is hurt on the job and unable to work or killed in the line of duty by providing monetary assistance to them in their time of need.  In addition to the annual auction, we also host a golf tournament, and we accept monetary donations to go directly to this fund.  You are invited to participate in this very worthy cause by joining us at the annual conference each year to put in your bids at the auction or by making those donations to support your fellow employees.

2023 70th Annual TCA conference silent auction

Thanks to everyone who bid on the auction items. We were able to raise over $4000 for our Injured Officer Fund!! there was definitely some competitive bidding go on! Everyone had a blast.
